Well separators

Our state of the art design of well test separator system, which comes in a two-phase (liquid and Gas) or three-phase (oil, water, and gas) setup that is up to 15,000 BPD with classes #150 up to #900, 1440 psi, and according to the API, ASME and ASNP standers. According to our customers’ needs, we can supply the test separator systems either as a skid unit or as a mobile unit that is mounted on a heavy-duty truck. Our technical department can assist you with designing, testing and operating the separator units.

Pumps

Our Company offers a wide range of high-pressure tailor-made surface pumps systems. The pumps systems serve both the upstream and downstream oil and gas segment. These pumps are utilized in injection units for onshore and offshore applications. Materials of construction are selected to meet fluid and process conditions. For the upstream segment, the typical application for the pump systems are methanol injection, produced water injection, MEG / TEG injection and hydrocarbon condensate injection. On the other hand, the broad downstream application includes Condensate feed into cracker Process, Refining residue feed into gasification process and Carbon oil feed into the process.
Pumps with diesel engine drives are successfully used for hydrostatic pressure tests on gas pipelines and well head components. Units are supplied either with oil field type skids or built-in container applications.
